FL to CT Day 34
New York, NY to Stamford, CT
We left Liberty State Park anchorage at 0630... the weather was horrible with storm all around us. Only good thing about today was the current pushed us all the way to Stamford... reaching over 12 knots in the East River and Hell Gate... Long Island Sound gave a welcome home ride with a short and steep 2-3 ft chop... welcome back... LOL!
We arrived to Stamford at approximately 1115... we were securely docked at Seaview House Marina at 1130... This was the last leg of our trip north we will be here for several months... our position N41°02.394', W073°31.318’

We will leave in the morning on the last leg of of our trip north... about 5 hours to get back to Stamford, CT... we should have a favorable current for Hell Gate and the East River in the morning.
We had a pleasant ride up the Jersey shoreline... 2 foot SSE swell and virtually no seas from the westerly winds... very nice indeed.
