We departed from Chesapeake City on Wednesday 4/22 AT 1100. Leaving at 1100 in order to get a favorable current out the C&D Canal and down Delaware Bay.

We traveled non-stop overnight to Stamford, CT. Arriving on Thursday 4/23 at 2015. Our location for the summer 41°02.392'N,73°31.318'W. We traveled for 33.25 hours covering 227.4 nautical miles averaging 6.8 knots.

Another day in Chesapeake City... weather forecast was for gale force winds and thunderstorms so we decided to not venture out to Cape May... will leave tomorrow... so for now we sit and wait.

Weather forecast still not good for transiting to Atlantic, City... looks like we will have a small window on Wednesday... so we plan to leave here tomorrow and anchor in Cape May, NJ to stage for the small window on Wednesday... of course weather forecast tomorrow could be totally different.
